New Angle for Triangle Square

Newport Beach-based Greenlaw Partners has begun a $25 million upgrade and rebranding of its Triangle Square property in Costa Mesa, the OC Business Journal reported.

The plan is to add two restaurants and a bowling alley that will also have restaurant space. Other improvements will be the addition of a wine storage facility and valet parking, exterior and landscaping upgrades, and new signage reflecting the center’s new name, The Triangle.

Greenlaw acquired the center in 2006.

 

Promenade to Get Sweet and Saucy

Sweet and Saucy Shop, a favorite dessert shop of celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Miley Cyrus, LeAnn Rimes and Tori Spelling, will open its first Orange County location at Crystal Cove Promenade in Newport Coast this summer.

elizabeth charles Boutique Coming to Newport

The high-end boutique elizabeth charles will open a new store in Newport Beach on April 19, in the former Amaree’s space at 1649 Westcliff Drive. It will be elizabeth charles’ third location, after New York and San Francisco.
