This year’s Newport-to-Ensenada Race drew 175 entries, with 112 finishing by the 11 a.m. Sunday cutoff in slow conditions. Stars and Stripes, Dennis Connor (SDYC), took the President of the USA Trophy for fastest corrected time, at 20:40:11. Complete results are here.
