Premier Workspaces, one of the nation’s largest privately owned flexible office operators, has opened a Newport Beach location at 1400 Newport Center Drive in Corporate Plaza.

Positioned in the heart of Newport Center’s Fashion Island area, the new center gives companies access to move-in-ready private offices, flexible workspace options, and a polished business environment in one of Southern California’s most desirable office markets.

The 14,995-square-foot center features more than 60 fully furnished private offices, along with two professionally appointed conference rooms available by the hour. Clients also have access to day offices, virtual office plans, receptionist support, business-grade connectivity, mail services, and Premier Workspaces’ nationwide network of locations.

Premier Workspaces has committed to a 10-year lease with Irvine Company, reflecting the company’s long-term confidence in Newport Beach and the continued demand for serviced workspace in established business districts. As companies rethink traditional office commitments, Premier provides a convenient, fully supported workplace solution without the complexity of a traditional office buildout.

The new Corporate Plaza location further strengthens Premier Workspaces’ presence around Fashion Island, joining its existing 42,000-square-foot center at 23 Corporate Plaza, as well as nearby Newport Center locations at 120 Newport Center Dr. and 620 Newport Center Dr. Together, these centers give clients greater flexibility and choice within one of Newport Beach’s most sought-after business communities.

“Newport Beach remains one of Southern California’s most sought-after business destinations, attracting companies in finance, law, healthcare, technology, real estate, and professional services,” said Amy Fuller, President of Premier Workspaces. “Our new Corporate Plaza location combines the flexibility today’s businesses need with the polished, professional environment they expect in Newport Center. It is a client-ready workplace designed for teams to meet, collaborate, and grow with confidence.”

The new Corporate Plaza location features sandstone architecture, granite-appointed lobbies, landscaped outdoor collaboration areas, EV charging stations, a fitness center, ample parking, and Wi-Fi-enabled outdoor seating.

The center is designed for entrepreneurs, consultants, professional service firms, remote professionals, satellite offices, small businesses, and larger organizations seeking a high-quality office presence without the capital investment, operational demands, or long-term inflexibility of a traditional lease.

“Our investment at Corporate Plaza reflects Premier Workspaces’ continued focus on high-quality locations in well-rounded markets with strong amenities close to executive housing,” said Michael Pollack, Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Development at Premier Workspaces. “Companies want workspace that is flexible, professional, and

easy to use, but they also want a setting that supports their brand and client experience. Corporate Plaza delivers on those priorities, and we are proud to expand Premier’s presence in Newport Beach.”
