Hot Days at the Beach

Warm weather brought locals and visitors alike to Newport’s beaches last weekend. Corona del Mar was a popular destination for sunbathers and surfers, The Wedge drew spectators and brave surfers, and Balboa Island saw its share of visitors, and sandcastles. And of course, stand up paddleboarders were out in force, some with their dogs aboard for a watery ride. — Photos by Lawrence Sherwin ©
