Newport Beach residents Jim Roberts and Kathy Leek love to travel, and to take landscapes photos of the scenery. Their recent trips to Lassen Volcanic National Park in Northern California and the desert area around La Quinta and Palm Springs did not let them down. The trips garnered some superb photos, including vistas that might have gone unnoticed except for their trained photographer eyes.
